Two More NC State Baseball players are entering the Transfer Portal. I shared previously that 3 Wolfpack players were entering the Transfer Portal.

The number is up to 5

Freshman Outfielder Trey Bentley didn’t see the field this season. Coming out of high school, he was rated as the 49th best Outfielder in the state of Florida by Perfect Game.

After talks with family and coaches I am entering the Transfer Portal on June 2nd as a Redshirt Freshman with 4 years of eligibility left.

Sophomore Outfielder Jet Gilliam played in 35 games for the Wolfpack this year, starting in 7. He posted a .276 batting average with 1 Home Run, 3 Doubles and 6 walks. Last offseason, Gilliam transferred to Raleigh from College of Southern Nevada (JUCO).

Six NC State baseball players have entered the transfer portal following the 2025 season, including Jake Bechtel and Jet Gilliam entering on Tuesday morning.
