In early June, Smith signed with the Scarborough Shooting Stars in the Canadian Elite Basketball League for the remainder of their season, which ends on August 10th.

Smith has teamed up with another former All-ACC NC State guard, joining Cat Barber on the Shooting Stars.

In 4 games so far, Terquavion has made quite the impression, averaging 26.8 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists, while shooting 44.4% from three.
