Former NC State All-ACC Guard Jarkel Joiner is on the Toronto Raptors’ 2025 Summer League roster.

The Raptors will be playing in Las Vegas from July 10-20.

Joiner has played with the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA Summer League the past two Summers, averaging 6.1 points, 2.1 assists and 2.2 rebound in 9 games (16.4 minutes).

Jarkel played the past two professional seasons with the College Park Skyhawks (Atlanta Hawks affiliate).

This season, Joiner averaged 11.6 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 32 games for the Skyhawks, starting in 2.

Joiner made a big jump this season from three, increasing his shooting percentage from beyond the arc from 27.7% to 35.7%.

In Joiner’s rookie season in the G-League, he averaged 11.1 points, 4.5 assists and 3.2 rebounds.

In his one year at NC State, he earned Second Team All-ACC honors in 2023, averaging 17 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.6 assists.
