Former All-ACC LB Drake Thomas Recorded His 1st NFL Sack on Thursday Night

Former All-ACC Linebacker Drake Thomas recorded his 1st NFL sack this past Thursday night in the Seahawks’ 23-20 win over the Cardinals.

Thomas finished with 5 tackles, 1 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 1 pass breakup and 1 QB hit in the contest.

The former 2nd Team All-ACC Linebacker (2022) has logged 5 tackles in back-to-back games. Prior to September 21st, Thomas’ career-high in tackles was 3.

Thomas started the first game of his 3-year NFL career, and played a career high 44 snaps.

Thomas’ 19.5 career sacks at NC State rank 9th in school history, and his 46.5 tackles for loss rank 4th.
