Darrion Williams tells ESPN that Paul McNeil Jr is ‘someone people need to know about’

Seth Greenberg, working for ESPN during the ACC Tip-Off, asked Darrion Williams, “Who is someone people need to know about?” Someone who you think is “the real deal.”

Williams responded …

“You could imagine Matt Able, but I think another guy that is under the radar is Paul McNeil Jr. From the beginning of the summer until now, he’s gotten better the most out of anybody. He can really shoot the ball. I think he’s the biggest player.”

McNeil is a popular pick for breakout star, as he was the #6 ranked breakout nationally by the STATS podcast. This comes after he was reportedly the best 3 point shooter in summer camp.
