Miami wide receiver Chance Robinson (6’2″/205) is transferring to NC State.

Robinson was a consensus four-star prospect in Miami’s 2024 recruiting class. 247Sports ranked him as the No. 165 overall player nationally and the No. 22 player in the state of Florida, while ESPN ranked him as the No. 31 wide receiver in the country.

In 2024, Robinson saw action in five games, two of which came strictly on special teams. Across his three offensive appearances, he logged a total of 27 snaps.

This season, Robinson appeared in just one game, playing 12 snaps against Bethune-Cookman. As a result, he preserved his redshirt.

Robinson has three years of eligibility remaining.

He becomes the 6th transfer commitment for NC State this cycle, joining Penn State Safety King Mack, Georgia Cornerback Ondre Evans, Arkansas State punter Jackson Waller, ECU offensive lineman Jimarion McCrimon and Buffalo wide receiver Victor Snow.
