“Not TODAY Satan!” Former NC State QB & NFL Star Russell Wilson responds to mention in the Epstein Files

Ok, you’re going to wake up and see “Russell Wilson was in the Epstein Files!” in your feed.

But as off-putting as Russell Wilson, the former NC State quarterback and NFL star, has been acting on social media these past 10 years, he’s not even close to being involved in the stuff you associate Epstein with.

In fact, what you have here seems to be a Wilson simply going through a broker named ‘Gary’ to buy a private jet, and that private jet just so happens to be Jeffrey Epstein’s. These emails show Larry Visoski, Epstein’s pilot,  relaying Russell’s interest from ‘Gary’, the broker, and talking about price negotiations with Jeffrey.

On February 1, 2026, the U.S. Justice Department released millions of pages of Epstein-related files. These included 2019 email exchanges discussing Wilson as a potential buyer for Epstein’s Gulfstream G-IV private jet.

In January 2019, Wilson (then with the Seahawks) viewed the plane and expressed a strong interest—apparently calling his broker ‘Gary’ repeatedly and requesting to hold it discreetly for weeks or months to avoid impacting his ongoing contract negotiations (he later signed a $146 million deal that spring).

Wilson did not purchase that specific plane; records show he bought a different 2000 Gulfstream G-IV in December 2020.

The mention is purely transactional and non-accusatory. There is no evidence tying Wilson to Epstein personally, no meetings or communications occurred, and there’s no suggestion he knew of Epstein’s ownership or crimes (Epstein was charged months later and died in August 2019).

Here are the emails…

Wilson quickly denied any connection yesterday with this X post…

His publicist, Stephanie Jones, also stated he never purchased the aircraft and was unaware of any Epstein link.

So before headlines get out of hand here, we wanted to weigh in, provide the sources, and make sure Pack fans don’t associate one of our own with Epstein’s (now deceased) criminal accusations.
