Trygger is coming off a strong sophomore season, where she averaged 10.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game while starting all 30 games she played. She also shot an efficient 51.8% from the field.

In her freshman season in Raleigh, Trygger earned a spot on the ACC All-Freshman Team, averaging 6.6 points and 5.9 rebounds while shooting 59% from the field.

She will have two years of eligibility remaining at Washington.

Meanwhile, NC State center Mallory Collier has committed to South Florida.

Collier appeared in 16 games this season, averaging 6.9 minutes per contest. Over her three seasons in Raleigh, she averaged 2.6 points and 1.9 rebounds in 8.7 minutes per game across 67 appearances.

Trygger and Collier become the second and third NC State players to find new homes in the portal this offseason, joining Zam Jones, who transferred to Louisville.
