2025 3-Star Cornerback Cedric Cisse (6’0″/170) has decommitted from NC State.

Cisse signed his National Letter of Intent to run with the Wolfpack on December 8th. He is the younger brother of former NC State starting Cornerback, who recently entered the Transfer Portal.

At the time of Cisse’s commitment to NC State, he was an unrated and unranked player in the 2025 class, but has since then been given 3-stars by ON3, who ranks him as the #31 overall player in the state of South Carolina in the 2025 recruiting class.

In his Senior season at Lakewood (Sumter, SC), Cisse had 44 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 4 interceptions and 6 pass breakups. He runs a 4.5 40-yard dash, and has a 39 inch vertical.

To be honest with you, I was shocked when the Wolfpack offered Cisse, but I also wasn’t, considering he was Brandon Cisse’s brother. After Brandon entered the Transfer Portal, Cedric’s decommitment is far from shocking. Prior to committing to NC State, Cisse’s only scholarship offer was from Limestone University.
