NC State DB Jivan Baly Enters the Transfer Portal

According to reports, NC State defensive back Jivan Baly is entering the NCAA transfer portal.

Baly recorded nine tackles across nine games this season for the Wolfpack, logging 97 defensive snaps.

In 2024, Baly appeared in two games while maintaining his redshirt.

Baly was a three-star prospect in NC State’s 2024 recruiting class.

He is the 17th NC State player to enter the Portal, joining Linebacker Terris Dudley, Offensive Lineman Jacarrius Peak, Offensive Lineman Darion Rivers, Offensive Lineman Brock Stukes, Safety Zack Myers, Linebacker Kelvon McBride, Wide Receiver Noah Rogers, Wide Receiver Terrell Anderson, Safety Daemon Fagan, Wide Receiver Jimmar Boston, Linebacker Elijah Groves, Wide Receiver Christian Zachary, Running Back Hollywood Smothers, Defensive End Justin Terrell, Defensive End Josh Alexander-Felton and Offensive Lineman Val Erickson.
