NC State Defensive Back Jivan Baly Transfers to Old Dominion

NC State Defensive Back Jivan Baly is transferring to Old Dominion.

Baly recorded nine tackles across nine games this season for the Wolfpack, logging 97 defensive snaps.

In 2024, Baly appeared in two games while maintaining his redshirt.

He has three years of eligibility remaining.

Baly was a three-star prospect in NC State’s 2024 recruiting class.

NC State has now had 22 players enter the Transfer Portal: Linebacker Joshua Ofor, Defensive Back Rente Hinton, Quarterback Lex Thomas, Linebacker Kenny Soares Jr., Linebacker Kelvon McBride, Defensive Back Jivan Baly, Linebacker Terris Dudley, Offensive Lineman Jacarrius Peak, Offensive Lineman Darion Rivers, Offensive Lineman Brock Stukes, Safety Zack Myers, Linebacker Kelvon McBride, Wide Receiver Noah Rogers, Wide Receiver Terrell Anderson, Safety Daemon Fagan, Wide Receiver Jimmar Boston, Linebacker Elijah Groves, Wide Receiver Christian Zachary, Running Back Hollywood Smothers, Defensive End Justin Terrell, Defensive End Josh Alexander-Felton and Offensive Lineman Val Erickson.
